"We are back again in Switzerland, but the time we spent in your House was just marvelous! I did not expect such a beautiful place (and I have been traveling to Ireland for 20 years now). We really enjoyed it very much. The House is very nice, in a fantastic area and with a dream view! All I can say is, these were the most beautiful holidays we have ever had in Ireland! I hope to be able to come back another year to spend some more time in Cahirisiveen and this House. It was just so perfect. We had no problems with anything. Trish was looking after us well. Say another thanks to her as well. The toaster gave up his Spirit of Life, but don't worry, we bought a new one. So everything is left as we met it. We made a few very nice walkings right away starting from the House. Between 6 to 8 hours we have been on tour! Great walks around the cliffs. The 2 weeks we were there we had very good weather too. The first 5 days were just blue skies and sunshine, it was almost unbelievable. In the evening a few drinks (Guinness of course) and afterwards a sitting in front of the fireplace with the taste of a Turff fire. Well, I really could continue my letter for many more pages, but I am still too sad when I think back to the House. So as I said, we hope for another great time in Ballycarberry House. Thanks a lot to you, that
we could be there. "Small daughter in
heaven, loves cows, beach and castle. Looks like we'll be back again
next year." "This holiday was
everything we hoped - idyllic cottage, beautiful weather, superb scenery
and friendly natives ... and we will be coming back one day soon." "House lovely, couldn't
have chosen better. None of us want to go home." "Wonderful holiday.
Holiday lived up to our expectations (and a lot more). Cottage brilliant.
Everybody very friendly. We will be back again!" "Lovely location,
great holiday. Peat fires were wonderful and transformed the place each
evening - lots of the area remains to be visited. We will return!" "Apart from the fact
that we kept banging our heads off the low ceiling at the top of the
stairs and at the lintel after stoking the fire, this has been the best
cottage we've stayed in. Great location. P.S. The castle and ring forts
were a nice touch - whose idea was that?" "The farmhouse and
site is perfect. There is a view around every bend! The farmhouse was
a perfect getaway - well equipped (minus the corkscrew). A wonderful
place to visit!" "We all throughly
enjoyed our holiday. The beautiful countryside and scenery has made
the holiday one to remember ... I am rested, relaxed and recouperated,
but I don't want to go back to work!" "Cottage comfortable,
area beautiful, people very friendly. This was our first trip to Ireland
- it will not be our last." "It lived up to all
our expectations ... and more. Lovely cottage in idyllic surroundings
and a very helpful caretaker as well." "Lovely location
- we've had a wonderful week. Cottage - beautiful setting." "We shall be back." "The cottage is in
a beautiful setting." |
